Q: I placed an order for an online program what next?
A: After we receive payment of your order you will be contacted via the email address provided. It will contain a link to your online class, your special code, a set of course notes for your respective course, a product list and The Flawless Finish makeup Academy brochure.
Each week, once payment is received, a new set of demos/course notes (which will include a product guide) will be emailed. After each demo a LIVE practical must be booked. Here you will repeat the steps shown in the demo with our guidance.
Once all courses in the program are completed, there will be an online quiz and a LIVE practical.
Once passed, you will receive your certificate via email.
Q: How do I book a LIVE practical?
A: To book a LIVE practical, open your online class, this was emailed. In the comment section, place your preferred date and time which will be discussed and honored.
Q: How long will my course information last?
A: You will have up to 7 days to use your demo/course notes. If unopened within this time frame they expire.
Q: I paid for a course but cannot make it. Can I have a refund?
A: All deposits are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
Q: Are materials provided?
A: Materials are provided for our in-house Black Opal and Rainbow Opal courses only. Shop at our Flawless Finish Kosmetics store with your coupon code and receive discounts on your items.
Q: Do you provide group classes?
A: Yes we do. We provide group classes for up to three persons per group at USD$60.00 per person. Contact us directly for more information.
